Tengo varios años tratando de no ir a esta tienda por su falta de empatía y cero profesionalismo... Por fortuna ya hay mas comercios que distribuyen esta marca, pero en verdad tomen en cuenta que tienen un PESIMO servicio
*No facturan menos de $100
*No aceptan tarjeta en pagos menores a $150
*No actualizan sus horarios de servicio
*Nunca funciona el teléfono
*Siempre están de malas, son groseros, te cierran la puerta en la cara si llegas 15 minutos antes de que cierren (de vdd faltaban 15 minutos en esa ocasión)
Pareciera que les tenemos que rogar para que te vendan cualquier cosa... Tengo años tratando de no ir pero en ocasiones se agota algun solvente o tinta y alli voy, con el dolor de mi alma a ver ahora que desgracia me hacen.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying for several years not to go to this store because of its lack of empathy and zero professionalism... Fortunately, there are already more businesses that distribute this brand, but really take into account that they have a VERY TERRIBLE service
*Do not bill less than $100
*They do not accept card in payments less than $150
* They do not update their service hours
*Phone never works
*They are always in a bad mood, they are rude, they close the door in your face if you arrive 15 minutes before they close (vdd was 15 minutes away on that occasion)
It seems that we have to beg them to sell you anything... I've been trying for years not to go but sometimes some solvent or ink runs out and there I go, with the pain of my soul to see now what misfortune they do me.
