★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well all i can say is" I Won't be back" our maid room was ok but had to get coffee and sugar.and coffee whitener from the restaurant . not enough bar tenders although they did there best. They seem to run staff as short as possible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slides are divided into 3 areas. Each is fenced off from the others. Having 2 kids that are allowed to only go to different sets of slides makes it a lot more difficult for parents. If you think that you can work around it by going down the adult slides with your small kids, too bad.
Also they closed the poolside bar in the water park and don't allow alcoholic beverages inside. Kind of a bummer bit overall its a family friendly resort and my kids had a blast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thinking to stay here as it looks to have very beautiful grounds however after reading the reviews, almost all of them have had something bad to say about the food, one video on youtube was a woman saying food has been seen floating in the pool ? and one review cockroaches in the room!!
It is a shame as I was set on staying here but think I will take my money elsewhere until this place improves then I maybe will give it a chance and come in December instead.
