★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general es un buen lugar para estancia a mediano o largo plazo, sobre todo por que los precios no están tan elevados como los departamentos de alrededor. Tiene algunas carencias que a mi en lo personal no me afectaría mucho, pero a otras personas si les pudiera llegar a frustrar, tales como falta de cochera, no hay lavadora, no se permiten mascotas, hay varios inquilinos, por lo que hay que aprender a llevarse bien y arreglar ciertas situaciones, hace falta algunos trastes y sartenes u ollas por lo que u o tendría que comprarlos a parte. Pará mí son cosas menores pero en general todo bien y recomendable.
