Horrible service they take a long time to answer by WhatsApp the calls are never answered and if you are lucky enough to be answered they leave you there waiting for real I always bought there but their service is the worst I have ever had

Marque para hacer el pedido a domicilio y no quisieron hacer el pedido alegando que no llegan ahí, que es como a 4 cuadras de ahí.
Llegue a la sucursal un rato después y no me quisieron vender en mostrador porque según no tenían servicio, la tienda estaba abierta y atendían a otro señor así que me retire.
Si es así, para que responden el teléfono y para que abren la tienda, con esa actitud se pierden los clientes, no era la primera ves que pedía algo ni tampoco la primera que me niegan el servicio pero si es la última ves que fui. ?❤️
The ladies who attend denied me the service.
I called to place the order at home and they did not want to place the order claiming that they do not arrive there, which is about 4 blocks from there.
I arrived at the branch a while later and they did not want to sell me at the counter because according to they had no service, the store was open and they were serving another man, so I left.
If so, to answer the phone and to open the store, with that attitude customers are lost, it was not the first time I asked for something, nor was it the first time they denied me the service, but it is the last time I went. ?❤️
