El supervisor llamado Rafael Loria es la persona mas desagradable e ineficaz; simplemente no desea trabajar. Ellos detestan que les reclames su mal servicio y desea solamente cobrar por calentar una silla sin mover un dedo. Un dia que no pasen es un dia que tienes que aguantar a que "av ver si pasan el dia que sigue a la recoleccion". Es una empresa donde las secretarias ni siquieran se toman la molestia de guardar tus datos y te preguntan un millon de veces tu nombre y tu telefono.SU MEJOR RESPUESTA: Escribe una queja por email... y eso es todo... He vivido en varios estados del país y jamás habrían cobrado un peso por la basura. Llegó a Mérida y miro esto, pero lo que más da coraje es que te cobran el servicio y todavía hay que darles dinero a los recolectores para que puedan llevarse la basura. A consecuencia de esto, hemos decidido crear nuestro servicio de recolección y pues tuvimos que ir al ayuntamiento para poder tomar cartas en el asunto. Espero lean este comentario y sepan que en poco meses dejarán de pasar por sian Kaan. Gracias a su "gran desempeño laboral" jajajaja dan risa como sociedad recolectora de basura.
