El inmueble que tienen en renta tiene muchos vicios, tuberías viejas y rotas, se inunda constantemente el inmueble, se cuelgan de la luz y no responden ante los requerimientos de CFE, deben el agua desde hace años por lo que el inmueble no tiene servicios. El dueño nunca da la cara y su única solución es enviar al abogado para amedrentar.
Totalmente inaceptable la forma de hacer negocio.
I do not recommend working with this company. They breach the agreements and do not show their faces. The property they have for rent has many defects, old and broken pipes, the property is constantly flooded, they hang from the light and do not respond to the requirements of CFE, they have owed the water for years so the property does not have services. The owner never shows up and his only solution is to send the lawyer to intimidate.
Totally unacceptable the way of doing business.
