Perhaps the best restaurante in Cholula. You can drink socol with scorpion salt and the best northern Mexican-Poblano fusion food. A must try!

This place was amazing! My husband and I came in Saturday night and had a great time. The food and drinks were on point. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service, the executive Chef always asking and tells you what's on the menu. Lovely place, you can experience the mesoamerican experience through the food and beverages.

Can not recommend this restaurant. We discovered it by chance when walking around. Only upside: the ambiance and vibe of the place was nice. My steak was not how I ordered it, the meat itself was not good, my wife's noodles where trenched in a rich sauce that covered all the taste, only the vegetables where good. The rest: NO BUENO!

We found this place by chance while walking around the pyramid base area. We felt like getting something to drink and ended up ordering food as well after they served us one of the best cocktails I have ever had, seeing the menu offered a crafted selection of traditional foods. The cocktail: these guys know what they are doing when it comes to mixing a drink! I was feeling dehydrated and wanted something refreshing with no alcohol; I said I like prickly pear and was feeling like something sour and refreshing and they came back with a drink that was on point, it was so good it blew my mind! The food: oh my, if only we had more room for more food that day!! The cabrito was perfectly spiced and balanced, with a side of queso stuffed peppers (the in foil wraps shown in the pic). Amazing! The dessert was a flan in mezcal syrup and red berries, very much recommended! And finally the atmosphere: gorgeous view of the pyramid and church on one side, equally breathtaking view of downtown churches and buildings on the other side. Hard to beat really!

Delicious food, great service, excellent location. We stopped by here after a long day visiting the area on a Sunday. We're very glad we did. It's upstairs and has a great view of the surrounding area. We recommend the tacos. And flan of course.
