★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienes que ir a la barra y rogarles a los meseros para que te atiendan, además de eso te cobran la cuenta ya con el 30% de propina jajaja mínimo que te atiendan. Cuando le dije a la mesera (una chaparrita gordita de lentes y cabello rizado) que no le dejaría eso de propina sale con "hechame la mano con la propina" o "es que yo les tengo que repartir a los demás". Está bien pedir propina cuando ves que ni el 10 te dejan pero eso ya es abuso. Además estando en una "mesa" con mis amigos llega un mesero a pedirnos la "mesa" porque otro cliente compró una botella y al parecer ya no teníamos derecho a usarla jajaja. Me encantó la decoración y la música pero el servicio no podría ser peor, es pésimo. No volvería
El bartender es muy amable y atento, él sí merece el 30!
Terrible service, you have to go to the bar and beg the waiters to serve you, in addition to that they charge your bill with a 30% tip hahaha minimum that they serve you. When I told the waitress (a short chubby girl with glasses and curly hair) that I would not leave that as a tip, she came up with "shake my hand with the tip" or "I have to distribute them to the others." It is fine to ask for a tip when you see that not even the 10 will leave you but that is already abuse. Also being at a "table" with my friends, a waiter arrives to ask us for the "table" because another customer bought a bottle and apparently we no longer had the right to use it hahaha. I loved the decor and the music but the service couldn't be worse, it's lousy. I would not go back
The bartender is very friendly and attentive, he does deserve 30!
