★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo pedí material el día 12 y acordamos que el domingo de la otra semana se entregaría y el día de la entrega me marcaron que no había entregas los domingos, y que al otro día me llegaba a primera hora pero no fue hasta el miércoles que me lo entregaron.
Pésima atención y pésima entrega.

Cuando estás en la tienda te atienden bien pero en mi caso, hice el pedido, lo dejé pagado y todo pero para darle seguimiento a la entrega o reclamaciones, la señorita tuvo un tiempo de respuesta de hasta 2 días y además quería que mi material lo fuera a recoger a otra sucursal cuando ella me confirmó un día antes que ya lo tenía. Recomiendo que no dejen pagadas las cosas (es el gancho) porque una vez hecha la venta, el servicio ya no es bueno.
