Se pagó de contado el material y nos dijeron que nos entregaban cierto día temprano y nos daban vueltas para la entrega, tres días más tarde fuimos a reclamar por que decían lo mismo sobre que ya venía en camino el material (vivimos a 7 min del establecimiento). Y por ir a reclamar no quisieron venir a dejar el material como acordaron y no nos regresaron el dinero del flete. Nosotros pagamos nuevamente con un externo el flete.
Pésima actitud del área de entregas
Disgusted customer service. The material was paid in cash and they told us that they would deliver us a certain day early and they would give us back for delivery, three days later we went to complain because they said the same thing about the material coming (we live 7 minutes from the establishment ). And for going to claim they did not want to come to leave the material as agreed and they did not return the freight money. We pay the freight again with an external party.
