★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lastima, sus productos son buenos pero la atención a clientes si que deja mucho que desear! Es pésimo, al inicio todo bien pero después me entregaban el día que se les antojaba y no cuando quedaban. No obtener una respuesta aunque sea para ver porque no llegaron el día que quedaron de entregar el pedido si deja en claro que los clientes no les importan! Tuve paciencia pero buscaré otro proveedor!! Pésima atención a clientes!
 Too bad, their products are good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired! It's terrible, at the beginning everything was fine but then they gave me the day they wanted and not when they were left. Not getting an answer even to see why they didn't arrive on the day they left to deliver the order if you make it clear that customers don't care! I was patient but I will look for another provider !! Terrible customer service!

Me encanta la arena alfa cat pero con esa pésima atención, tendré que buscar otro proveedor. Ni un hola, ni un día un disculpe, ni un perdón!! Nada, no dicen nada! ??☹️
Terrible service, I made an order for cat litter, they never took it to me, they don't answer messages or calls, that's very desperate. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan, te vuelves cliente frecuente y de la nada te dejan de contestar y de mandar producto, les marcó e ignoran mi llamada, pésimo servicio, pésimo negocio y pésimo personal, si no saben manejar un negocio mejor ni lo hagan, afortunadamente encontré otra marca más chingona y con envíos gratis a toda la república...
They don't answer, you become a frequent customer and out of nowhere they stop answering and sending you product, I dialed them and they ignore my call, terrible service, bad business and bad staff, if they don't know how to handle a better business, don't do it, fortunately I found another coolest brand and with free shipping to the whole republic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un pedido por facebook y no me entregaron el pedido, dijeron que iban ya " en camino" y nunca llegaron. Me hicieron perder tiempo, que pésimo servicio al cliente tienen, no se si de verdad exista la empresa o solo lo usan para recabar datos. Tengan cuidado!
I placed an order on facebook and they did not deliver the order, they said they were already "on their way" and they never arrived. They made me waste time, what terrible customer service they have, I don't know if the company really exists or they only use it to collect data. Be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente nunca busque en Internet las opiniones o referencias de haber sabido ni les escribo, pésimo servicio al cliente, por facebook y por WhatsApp no te responden y cuando lo hacen les preguntas algo y se molestan te responden mala copa y te bloquean y hasta borraron mi comentario en sus redes sociales y me bloquearon para wue no pueda poner nada.
Lástima que no tienen la opción poner calificación en su facebook. Era la primera ves que iba a comprar y pues NO LOS RECOMIENDO SON UNOS DÉSPOTAS GROSEROS Y NO SABEN VENDER NI TENER TRATO CON EL CLIENTE yo no se porque tienen tantos seguidores.
