★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan el servicio los 3 días que promete el contrato; siempre nos fallan y no nos deducen los días que no van. Pagamos el servicio completo y ellos no lo dan completo. Y aparte son mas caros que otros! Prometen cada mes que te van a hacer el ajuste en el estado de cuenta y no lo hacen. AH! y por una ocasión que nos pasamos 1 día ya estaba maarcando amenazando la srita con suspender el servicio...es de risa! Hemos sido SUPER puntales en nstros pagos y ellos PESIMOS en servicio, calidad, precio y profesionalismo.
They do not provide the service for the 3 days that the contract promises; They always fail us and do not deduct the days that do not go. We pay for the full service and they don't give it full. And apart they are more expensive than others! They promise every month that they will make the adjustment in the statement of account and they don't. AH! and for one occasion that we spent 1 day I was already ticking threatening the lady with suspending the service ... it's hilarious! We have been SUPER props in our payments and they HUGE in service, quality, price and professionalism.
