★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio al cliente. compré un sanitario lamosa con un sapo (tapon para activar al descarga del agua) que trae marca VORTENS, y el sapo requiere reemplazarse. Ni HOMEDEPOT ni LAMOSA ofrecen el sapo VORTENS de plastico de repuesto. Llevo 2 semanas con el WC sin operar. . HOMEDEPOT se lava las manos y LAMOSA no me responde vía email. Recomendación: no compres sanitarios en HomeDepot y evita LAMOSA si trae compoennetes VORTNES. No responden
Terrible customer service. I bought a lamosan toilet with a toad (plug to activate the discharge of water) that brings VORTENS brand, and the toad needs to be replaced. Neither HOMEDEPOT nor LAMOSA offer the VORTENS plastic toad replacement. I have 2 weeks with the WC without operating. . HOMEDEPOT washes his hands and LAMOSA doesn't answer me via email. Recommendation: Do not buy toilets in HomeDepot and avoid LAMOSA if you bring VORTNES components. They do not answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un sanitario de $4000.00 con un distribuidor y tenía una fuga permanente en la parte oculta de la porcelana, por dentro. En los teléfonos y correos no contestan.
Lo tuve que reparar con plastilina epóxica.
I purchased a $4000.00 toilet from a dealer and it had a permanent leak on the underside of the porcelain inside. They do not answer the phones and emails.
I had to repair it with epoxy putty.

Lo reporte y ni siquiera me visitaron, me pidieron un video y nunca fueron a revisar. Recurrí a la tienda donde los compré y los presionaron para que me visitaran. Prometieron ir a revisar y nunca me visitaron para ver el problema. Siempre he comprado Helvex y decidí probar con Corona. Pésima experiencia
Terrible service, the models are nice but they have defects, at the time of unloading it splashes and dirty the lid. I reported it and they didn't even visit me, they asked me for a video and they never went to check. I went to the store where I bought them and they pressured them to visit me. They promised to check and never came to see the problem. I have always bought Helvex and decided to try Corona. lousy experience
