★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, el detalle es cuando estábamos comiendo el sushi nos dimos cuenta que el arroz sabía y se sentía como masa, y al día siguiente amanecimos súper mal del estómago, yo no creo que vuelva a comprar. En cambio los boneless estaban muy buenos y dan muy buena porción.
The service is good, the detail is when we were eating the sushi we realized that the rice tasted and felt like dough, and the next day we woke up super sick to the stomach, I don't think I will buy again. On the other hand, the boneless ones were very good and gave a very good portion.

Es difícil encontrar en Hermosillo restaurantes de sushi donde preparen bien el arroz. No estaba batido ni masudo, estaba en su punto, bien cocido, aglutinado mas no apelmazado.
Le agregan alga como debe ser, aunque es opcional.
La porción no es gigante, pero es de un tamaño razonable (ya vi a algunxs quejarse de que era demasiado pequeño)
La relación arroz-ingredientes es bastante buena.
Y muy importante también, el sabor es muy bueno, me gustó mucho de verdad.
Sin duda volveré.
I am surprised with this sushi. The rolls were WELL DONE.
It is difficult to find sushi restaurants in Hermosillo where they prepare the rice well. It was not beaten or chewy, it was at its point, well cooked, agglutinated but not caked.
They add algae as it should be, although it is optional.
The portion is not huge, but it is a reasonable size (I have already seen some complain that it was too small)
The rice-ingredient ratio is quite good.
And very important too, the taste is very good, I really liked it a lot.
I will definitely return.
