I tried to communicate to their phone number and they did not answer me, call several times to see if they had my results and they never answered me, I went to collect my results without a confirmation because when I went to the clinic they told me that they were there for a week, but still call to confirm, I was two others after my consultation and they did not have them yet, I had to wait 4 more days for them to be, confirm they were and when I went there was not the girl at the reception and I was treated by a doctor, I told her that I went for my results and asked if I had my proof of payment and did not wear it because they never told me it was necessary to collect the results, she told me that without it I could not give them because I did not know if I had already paid ( it seems unprofessional that they do not have a record of the payments and I imagine that the receptionist is the one who knows about that, but if she is absent, at least whoever is there knows how to verify that), she asked I anointed if it was not possible to give them to me and he said that if I wanted I could wait for the receptionist and asked how long it would take and he told me half an hour but I was not sure and I think that people's time is valuable and must respect, That day I did not have time to wait half an hour, besides I do not have a reason, so I had to go a third time to have my results. Another aspect is that the same day after going to my office, I called because I had a question about what the doctor prescribed, they answered me like the 4 times I checked and I told my client that my question was answered and half of them hung up on me, without more, simply hung up on me. And finally I attended a gynecological consultation that was like a package they were advertising on their Facebook page and they did not give me everything that included the package, days later they changed their advertising, but I attended and paid for something that was not respected, also the gynecologist told me that the interpretation of the results was charged extra and they were $ 200, the truth is that I get an excessive price so that you arrive, they pass you with the gynecologist and in 5 minutes interpreter the results and the truth that does not explain it very well, because it does so with very limited time since they pass between one consultation and another. The good thing I can say is that the place is comfortable and nice, it is also clean and the care from the gynecologist was good, it was kind and respectful, but in my experience there were more bad things than good, so honestly I did not I recommend, the attention of the place is very bad and the gynecological office is not worth it, I would recommend to look for other places better to this one.
