They promise to call and they don't comply, only one person attends and as always they justify themselves by saying we have a lot of work, so they shouldn't receive more if they can't with what they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor que he conocido en servicio atención mal información.tengo un auto ingresado hace 4 meses por falla mecánica y el seguro sabiendo que es de hojalatería y pintura lo mando ahí,y es tiempo que no le han hecho absolutamente nada y la srita Rocío dándome información de que mi auto estaba en reparación con un mecánico externo cosa que no es así, no entiendo el mal trato al cliente será porque tienen el trabajo asegurado ya que le trabajan aseguradoras,para mí ha Sido algo molesto y desagradable saber que allá talleres laborando con tan pesima atención.
One of the worst I've ever known in service, poor information. I have a car admitted 4 months ago due to mechanical failure and the insurance, knowing that it's for bodywork and painting, I send it there, and it's time that they haven't done anything to it and Ms. Rocío giving me information that my car was being repaired by an external mechanic, which is not the case, I do not understand the poor treatment of the client, it may be because they have the job insured since insurance companies work for them, for me it has been somewhat annoying and unpleasant to know that there are workshops working with such poor attention.
