★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio muy pero muy deficiente, una eternidad para que te reparen tu vehículo, nadie te da información confiable y eficaz, no saben darte los detalles de lo que le haran a tu vehículo ni cuanto se demorará la reparación, ni siquiera te dan un recibo de que dejaste tu coche, es un asco de empresa.
Espero lean mi comentario y no lleven su coche a este taller.
 A very, very poor service, an eternity to have your vehicle repaired, nobody gives you reliable and effective information, they do not know how to give you the details of what they will do to your vehicle or how long the repair will take, they do not even give you a receipt that you left your car, it's a lousy company.
I hope you read my comment and do not take your car to this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un perro agresivo al que dejan salir sin supervisión y que atacó a mi perrita. Cuando fui a reclamar ni siquiera sabían en dónde estaba el perro y que “lo andaban buscando”. Tengan cuidado si van ahí, no vaya a pasar de atacar otros perros a atacar niños o personas. Eso sin mencionar que de adueñan de toda la calle trasera para poner ahí sus autos y bloquean el paso de otros vehículos.
They have an aggressive dog that they let out unattended and it attacked my dog. When I went to claim they didn't even know where the dog was and that "they were looking for it". Be careful if you go there, don't go from attacking other dogs to attacking children or people. Not to mention that they take over the entire back street to put their cars there and block the passage of other vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto la reparacion de mi coche, ingrese porque mi seguro me envio ahi, espero no volverlos a ocupar pero si asi fuera sin duda los eligiria de nuevo.
I liked the repair of my car, I entered because my insurance sent me there, I hope not to use them again but if so, I would certainly choose them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, entró mi coche a cambio de defensa el 30 de marzo y hasta el día de hoy no ha concluido mi servicio, me lo entregaron faltando una tapa y me cuelgan el teléfono cuando llamo para dar seguimiento y cuando logras que te contesten se molestan cuando necesitas información más puntual, dicen que ellos no pueden comprometerse a dar fecha de entrega de pieza, pero eso si tuve que pagar la factura completa para poder recibir mi coche aún sin estar el servicio al 100.
Very bad service, my car entered in exchange for defense on March 30 and to this day my service has not ended, they delivered it to me missing a cover and they hang up the phone when I call to follow up and when you get them to answer you they They bother you when you need more timely information, they say that they cannot commit to giving a delivery date for the part, but that is if I had to pay the full invoice to be able to receive my car even without 100% service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , tardaron más de 1 mes para cambiarme la puerta del carro , nunca te responden tienes que estarles rogando para que te entreguen el carro y al llenar la encuesta de satisfacción se enojan por qué les pones que tienen un mal servicio!!! Cero recomendable !!
Terrible service, they took more than 1 month to change my car door, they never answer you, you have to be begging them to deliver the car and when you fill out the satisfaction survey they get angry because you tell them they have bad service !!! Zero recommended!!

Si su aseguradora les da la opción de este lugar, personalmente 0 recomendable..... Me comunicaba seguido para dar seguimiento a mi vehículo y siempre me decían que seguia en evaluación Mi auto está desde abril y es fecha actual de junio que no me han resuelto....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.Tengan cuidado cuando la aseguradora envié su auto a ese taller. Tuvimos la mala experiencia de que le cambiaron una parte buena y colocaron una parte rota en el motor del coche, cuando la reparación que le iban a realizar no tenia que ver nada con el motor. Al hacer el reclamo nadie se hizo responsable porque no llevamos una foto de como estaba el motor antes de que lo metieran ahí.
Aparte se tardaron demasiado tiempo en la reparación.
Terrible service. Be careful when the insurer sends your car to that workshop. We had the bad experience that they changed a good part and put a broken part in the car's engine, when the repair they were going to carry out had nothing to do with the engine. When making the claim, no one was responsible because we did not take a photo of how the engine was before they put it there.
Besides, they took too long to repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, llegó el auto de un familiar al lugar, y se lo entregaron con golpes y rayones dónde no los tenía, y el carro estaba descargado y la batería valió chetos...!
No vengan aquí, busquen otro lugar por fuera, esto es una porquería de lugar.
