★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy caro el servicio, atendió a mi perrita, saco rayos x y me dio un CD con los resultados, abro el CD y no tengo el archivo. Me dio pastillas para la perrita pero su tratamiento no sirvió de nada.
Pésimo servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen trato..atención muy profecional con las mascotas y muy pacientes. 100% recomendable. solo batalle para estacionarse ya que esta frente a un colegio y estaba abarrotado de coches en el área.
Very good treatment .. very professional attention with pets and very patient. 100% recommendable. I only struggled to park as it was in front of a school and it was crowded with cars in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el veterinario se veía confiable pero no tenía nada de habilidad para manejar a mi perrita que de por si ya es nerviosa, batallo mucho para hacer los rayos X, el precio de ellos fue muy caro y solo me envió una foto por whats que tomo con su teléfono, y no se veían bien, también se equivocó completamente en el diagnóstico, decía que era algo del estómago y resultó ser un problema de su espalda, nunca volveré a ir
Terrible service, the vet looked reliable but he had no ability to handle my dog who is already nervous, I struggle a lot to do the X-rays, the price of them was very expensive and he only sent me a photo by whats that he took with his phone, and they didn't look good, he was also completely wrong in the diagnosis, he said it was something from the stomach and it turned out to be a problem with his back, I will never go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JAMÁS VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR. Fuimos mi familia a llevarlos por un corte de pelo y baño. Su corte fue horrible al punto de que le hirieron la oreja a uno de mis perros. Desde entonces mis perros tiemblan, tienen pesadillas y no les gusta que los toquen por mucho tiempo. Ellos eran cariñosos y juguetones. Tardaron 6 horas para atenderlos y al final el resultado fue deplorable. Espero nunca vuelvan a tocar a una mascota, no tienen la calidad y el amor que se necesita para ello. Un asco!!
NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. My family went to take them for a haircut and bath. His cut was horrible to the point that one of my dogs got his ear injured. Since then my dogs are shaking, have nightmares and don't like to be touched for long. They were loving and playful. They took 6 hours to attend to them and in the end the result was deplorable. I hope they never touch a pet again, they don't have the quality and love that is needed for it. Disgusting !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los costos son abusivos (pague mas de $2000 por medicamento que otro veterinario me daba en $400) y no me dio confianza, el doctor fue bastante alarmista y sugirió una cirugía innecesaria supongo que para generar más dinero, no me gusto el trato que el doctor dio a mi mascota y hasta me pareció un poco prepotente hacía sus asistentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall review: Probably not the first option you would think of during an emergency or in the need for a consult but you know is there.
Pros: relatively good location for those living nearby and reasonable price.
Opportunities for improvement: last time I took my dog for a bath it took them almost 3 hours to complete it and he was not as "fresh" as he usually is after a bath in other vets, and they have had an issue with his name tags to the point that 'they got stuck and ripped off while he was in the waiting cage' - I never had that issue before and can't think of how exactly was that possible since I hand picked the tags attachment to his stainless steel collar. They were also almost about to hand my dog to me with a different leash.
