★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El chico que me atendió tenía una muy mala actitud, me sirvió el helado como quiso porque no había vasos y luego me dijo que resolviera el tener cambio para pagar porque él no tenía, cabe mencionar que iba a pagar 70 pesos y el billete era de 100.
Terrible service. The boy who attended me had a very bad attitude, he served me the ice cream as he wanted because there were no glasses and then he told me to resolve to have change to pay because he did not have it, it is worth mentioning that he was going to pay 70 pesos and the ticket was 100.

En fin me salí para no discutir pero me robaron $100 y le pongo foto de evidencia. Vengo saliendo de Santa Clara y esto es lo que me sirvieron. El bote indica 450 ml no 260 gramos de helado. Nadie quiere sus pintas mal servidas, arreglen sus porciones. Y no me van a volver a ver en ningun momento, un gusto dejarles esta reseña.
DO NOT BUY A PINT !!! They rob you very hard, go to the Roxy 100%. I complained that it was not full and the lady said that it is served that way. Anyway, I left to not argue but they stole $ 100 from me and I put a photo of evidence. I am coming out of Santa Clara and this is what they served me. The bottle indicates 450 ml not 260 grams of ice cream. Nobody wants their pints badly served, fix your portions. And you will not see me again at any time, a pleasure to leave you this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo mal servido la porciones de helado. NO llenan las pintas y te cobran a precio completo. Me queje y pedí un reembolso y la servidora dijo que no se podía hacer devolución. Yo no quiero pagar $100 por algo mal servido. La foto es afuera de Santa Clara para que lo vean y no compren ahi. No soy la única que se ha quejado de esto, otras reseñas dicen los mismo. Cobre por peso entonces o cambien sus botes a unos mas chicos. Ninguna cliente quiere una pinta a medias. Heladería Roxy sirve perfectamente bien sus botes de helado. Recomendación aprendan de ellos.
Terrible poorly served ice cream portions. They do NOT fill the pints and charge you full price. I complained and asked for a refund and the server said that no refund could be made. I don't want to pay $ 100 for something badly served. The photo is outside of Santa Clara so that you can see it and do not buy there. I am not the only one who has complained about this, other reviews say the same. Get paid by weight then or change your cans to smaller ones. No customer wants a half pint. Roxy ice cream parlor serves its ice cream jars perfectly well. Recommendation learn from them.
