★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy triste ver que no tienen todos los sabores al parecer nunca tienen vainilla. Me parece algo tonto no tener los sabores clásicos en existencia. No vuelvo a ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados santa clara contaban con una promoción en el paseo gourmet plaza carso en la cual decía que el helado doble gourmet tenía un costo de $65 MXN. Al parecer cuando hicimos las preguntas correspondientes sobre la promoción se olvidaron de decirnos que funcionaba a partir del 12 de febrero, contestaron todas las preguntas, pero sólo olvidaron esa, y claramente, se negaron a cobrar el precio correspondiente. REALMENTE UNA ESTAFA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del café americano al late hay una diferencia de $20, sin embargo no se dejen sorprender porque aquí el late sólo es americano con un chorrito de leche. No es como en Starbucks u otras cafeterías en la que el late es espumoso. En general el sabor del café es bueno pero deberían de cuidar sus conceptos VS precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada del establecimiento me hizo un doble cobro. Pague con puntos BBVA y me exigió volver a pagar la diferencia entre los puntos y el resto de la cuenta. Todos los establecimiento saben que de forma automática el cobro para BBVA toma los puntos y la diferencia de la línea de crédito. Ella me cobro exigiendo el repago de lo que ella supone faltaba. Está robando al cliente. Esto lo cheque con el banco, ya que aparecen dos cobros uno por el total de la cuenta y otro adicional. Coca-Cola, por favor atención a este establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, o dan bien el cambio (se lo roban). No recomiendo esta sucursal, los empleados median vez se va el cliente ponen la música a todo volumen, no ponen atención a la orden. Pedí lo que siempre pido en otro sucursal y me lo sirvieron diferente y cobrar un extra.
