★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados son muy ricos, sin embargo la atención de la Srita. Itzel es pésima, no tiene buen trato con las personas y te contesta malhumorada. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia con ella, espero que mejoren en la selección de sus empleados y que los capaciten en atención a clientes.
 The ice creams are very rich, however the attention of Ms. Itzel is terrible, she does not have good treatment with people and she answers you in a bad mood. We had a very bad experience with it, I hope they improve in the selection of their employees and that they train them in customer service.

We love Santa Clara ice creams but the attention of the 3 ladies is terrible. We never return to that branch, too bad with those employees who dirty the name of a brand like Santa Clara

Hoy domingo cierran a las 9 y fuimos 8:20pm y las empleadas parecía que no nos querían atender, ni nos preguntaban si queríamos algo, no nos pelaban y cuando le pregunté por el sabor de un helado sólo me dijo el nombre y no a qué podría saber o ningún otro detalle. Faltando 40 minutos parecía que sólo se querían ir a su casa. No nos dieron ganas de comprarles con esa actitud.
AWFUL TREATMENT OF THE EMPLOYEES. THEY DON'T WANT TO COME BACK.
Today, Sunday, they close at 9 and we went at 8:20 p.m. and the employees seemed to not want to attend to us, nor did they ask us if we wanted something, they did not peel us and when I asked about the flavor of an ice cream, she only told me the name and not what I might know or no other details. With 40 minutes to go, it seemed like they just wanted to go home. We didn't feel like buying from them with that attitude.
