★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal de 5 Mayo en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México, esta muy bien ubicada, los helados están muy buenos, tienen de todos los sabores, además tienen otras opciones como snaks, bebidas y algunos aperitivos, cuenta con una pequeña área de estar con sillas, mesas y sillones. Muy agradable para disfrutar de un helado, la atención del personal es buena. No hay baños.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la sucursal de la Av. 5 de Mayo 29-31, centro histórico de la ciudad de México, compré un helado y un frappé, al momento de pagar, la cuenta fue de $113 pesos, lo cual por error mío di 3 billetes de a $50 pesos y los 13 pesos en monedas...
El tipo que atiende, no me devolvió los $50 pesos que di de más, y se los quedó!!!
Es una desgracia que no tengan la honestidad de devolver los $50 pesos que di de más...
O acaso es un requisito el robar a los clientes para trabajar en sus sucursales???
Que terrible y despreciable son sus tiendas!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, ya que si quieres puedes ordenar tu café desde una banca (si encuentras) o lo puedes pedir para llevar. La atención es muy buena y atenta por parte de todos. Ahora bien... la especialidad del lugar (debería saberse) son los productos lácteos, por lo que es la sugerencia sobre cualquier otro que pudiera estar libre de éste; el café es regular, nada extraordinario si se pide solo. Los precios no son baratos, pero son bastante accesibles. Un punto negativo es la ausencia de sanitarios que se agradecería después de ingerir cafeína.
Recomendado para un momento agradable, más si se busca experimentar con cafés con helado de menta, por ejemplo.
