★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente lo tienen en pésimas condiciones. Los juegos maltratados están oxidados, incompletos, rotos, está la base de columpios sin columpios.
La zona de las palapas rayadas, pintadas, mucha basura, podan solo cuando quieren y como la gente lleva a sus mascotas no todos tienen la educación de limpiar.
Le falta pintura y mantenimiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años estaba muy bien, cuando el fraccionamiento estaba recién construido. Últimamente anda algo abandonado. Tiene pocos días que cortaron el pasto (después de meses) y al menos ya se ve mejor.

Los encargados para variar son buenos para cobrar pero para hacer lo que les toca o prometieron... Hasta se ofenden cuando les dices que hagan su trabajo
