★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nada de calidez en su atención preparan de mala gana las cosas t dicen un precio al momento de ordenar y cuando cobran resulta ser otro precio sin preguntarte qué el costo extra es porque pusieron un ingrediente sin preguntar si lo autorizabas ..es un robo descarado ...pedí 4 frappés y ninguno estuvo bien preparado que vergüenza. Es una pena que por experiencias así uno no regrese
Terrible service no warmth in their attention they reluctantly prepare things t say a price when ordering and when they charge it turns out to be another price without asking you what the extra cost is because they put an ingredient without asking if you authorized it .. it's a robbery shameless ... I ordered 4 frappes and none were well prepared what a shame. It is a pity that for experiences like this one does not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué y no había helado de chocolate, pedí uno de cereza con nuez y me lo cambiaron me dieron fresa con nuez y para rematar me cobraron un helado de más.
No pude reclamar porque iba con mi bebé y me di cuenta hasta llegar a mi casa.
Que encajosos.
I arrived and there was no chocolate ice cream, I asked for a cherry with walnut and they changed it for me, they gave me strawberry with walnut and to top it off they charged me an extra ice cream.
I couldn't claim because I was going with my baby and I didn't realize it until I got home.
How fitful.
