★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing steakhouse. New York steak wasn't a strip, I don't really know what it was. Very thin steak. An average resort steakhouse - which most of the time are disappointing. Service was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had breakfast here one day, and dinner another. Of all the restaurants at El Dorado Royale, this place is the only one, except Fuentes which is the dinner theater, worthy of a rating above 4 stars. This place is excellent! If you come to this resort, I definitely recommend Santa Fe. None of the other restaurants are worth anything special, but this one is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best restaurant in the whole resort. Once we went there for dinner, we kept coming every night during our stay. The service is top and the quality of the food and meat is the best, we had the Ribeye and it was fenomenal, and the service it friendly and detailed. A must try during your stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice dinner for our first night. Open Table reservation was done ahead of time. Tables are spaced a good amount apart for added safety. Staff takes all COVID precautions. Food was good. They did run out of some dessert options but it was toward the end of the night. We learned that there are some off menu options so ask your server.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here twice. Both times the customer service was great! When I was with my mother, brother, sis-in-law, and step dad the second time it was over and beyond great! Our server was extra pleasant and conversational! He was the absolute best! Extra care went into my food allergy with tomatoes ? unfortunately none of us remember his name ☹️. The date was December 12, 2021 and was seated at 6:00pm soon as we got there and it was under the name Robert Jennings room 405. I was in room 207. Please tell him thank you, thank you, thank you, for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent as always. Note many stairs to get up to this place. And Karisma house wine is awful. But food and service was great. Because of high ceilings it can be very noisy. Love the colors of the room.

This is apart of El Dorado Royale resort. All inclusive but there extra items you can pay more for like Ribeye or lobster
Had the Short Rib and it was very good, fall off the bone and a good size portion. Also tried the shrimp, it was very good but the size of an appetizer. You can skip the desserts n8t everything else was very good
