★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo tuvimos la mala experiencia con un familiar y el médico que la atendió fue el Gastroenterólogo Aréchiga, en este caso se actuó de tal modo que el paciente entró bien y terminó peor con enfermedades INVENTADAS ya que se consideró con diabetes a una persona que no lo tenía etc, y muchas inconsistencias, en fin nos dimos cuenta que en esa clínica el médico "encargado" (Chew Arroyo) se deslinda fácilmente de toda responsabilidad y al momento de una situación fuerte se echan la pelotita unos a otros.
Afortunadamente la situación mejoró cuando se trasladó al paciente al hospital general y fue cuando nos comentaron que los medicamentos suministrados ocasionaron una severa intoxicación al hígado y sistema inmunológico, así que ojo con los sueros y coctelitos que ahí suministran.

Fortunately, the situation improved when the patient was transferred to the general hospital and it was when we were told that the medications supplied caused severe liver and immune system poisoning, so be careful with the serums and cocktails that they supply there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el radiológo tomo mal las radiografías, no me quito ni me puso la férula, yo yo tuve que hacer, al momento de reclamar me volvieron a cobrar, las señoritas son déspotas. Y ante el covid no tienen tapete saborizante, no hay sana distancia y no toman la temperatura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me funciono el tratamiento neurológico, sin embargo creo que ni siquiera me prestaba atención la neuróloga. La psicologa si me ayudo pero ya no labora ahi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones bien ubicadas, fácil acceso, sin embargo, parte del personal, desde el área de recepción hasta personal médico, carecen de valores, principalmente respeto, considero que el trato debe ser mutuo, respeto igual a respeto, desde que uno llama o acude a la recepción recibe una muy mala atención, deja mucho que desear a los usuarios de este Centro Médico. De nada sirve contar con excelentes profesionales en cuanto a conocimiento, si carecen del trato amable a los pacientes/familiares desde el área de recepción.
Well-located facilities, easy access, however, part of the staff, from the reception area to medical personnel, lack values, mainly respect, I consider that the treatment should be mutual, respect equal to respect, from the moment one calls or goes to the reception receives a very bad attention, it leaves much to be desired by the users of this Medical Center.
