★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta mantenimiento atención y sobre todo que los vecinos cuiden también el lugar porque ocasionalmente le han dado mantenimiento pero yo he visto que luego aparece todo rayado o los juegos destruidos? si estuviera bien cuidado sería un lugar ideal para disfrutar de una tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está regular. Algo bueno es que acaban de repabimentar sus calles y el Fracc. Mejoró mucho. Falta arreglar parques parecen abandonados y con poca o nada de luz. Y también hay muchas casas solas. Sule ser una zona con delicuencia, se meten a robar en casas solas y también ha habido incidentes violentos en esa zona.
