★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy dos estrellas, en primer lugar solo hay dos capillas el lugar es muy pequeño en las escaleras para la afluencia de la gente, los baños sucios y no había agua. También como las capillas están muy pegadas se oye todo lo que hacen del otro lado. No hay privacidad. En cuanto al servicio pues se contrata el servicio de cafe el cual lo ponen cuando ya está la gente y no lo anticipan. Otra cosa los choferes de la funeraria no tienen como conocimiento de las rutas de traslado. En nuestra experiencia llevamos a nuestro familiar hasta Michoacán y los chóferes nos perdieron. Apesar de que le dijimos que iban por la ruta equivocada, se empeñaron en ir por su ruta. Otra cosa tienen una bomba de agua que hace un SÚPER RUIDO, interrumpe cuando haces oración. De verdad es muy molesto. Los sillones no son nuevos pero ayudan para no estar tan mal en la madrugada. Por último se meten indigentes a las capillas y toman café y galletas o cosas que tengas en la mesa y como está muy cerca de la puerta pues no puedes hacer nada. No incómoda darles un vaso de café pero siempre y cuando lo pidan.
I give it two stars, first of all there are only two chapels the place is very small on the stairs for the influx of people, dirty bathrooms and there was no water. Also, as the chapels are very close together, you can hear everything they do on the other side. There's no Privacity. As for the service, the coffee service is hired which they put it when the people are already there and they do not anticipate it. Another thing the funeral home drivers do not have as knowledge of the transfer routes. In our experience, we took our family member to Michoacán and the drivers lost us. Even though we told them they were going the wrong route, they persisted in going their route. Another thing they have a water pump that makes SUPER NOISE, interrupts when you pray. It really is very annoying. The armchairs are not new but they help to avoid being so bad at dawn. Finally, homeless people go to the chapels and have coffee and cookies or things that you have on the table and since it is very close to the door, you cannot do anything. It is not uncomfortable to give them a glass of coffee but as long as they ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, los baños están están un poco justos, pero todo lo demás muy bien. Mi recomendación es que busquen un lugar para estacionar ya que es complicado. El servicio que nos otorgaron fue bueno y siempre respetuoso.
Good service, the bathrooms are a bit tight, but everything else is fine. My recommendation is to find a place to park as it is complicated. The service they gave us was good and always respectful.
