Cosas que podrían mejorar: preparar su propia salsa de tomate y no utilizar la envasada; respecto de la masa, investigar cómo darle un toque de sabor propio, un distintivo que haga únicas sus pizzas; utilizan champiñones naturales: bravo! Pero sus otros ingredientes son de baja calidad: jamón y queso; estos dos últimos ingredientes hacen que una pizza sea inolvidable. Respecto del local comercial, creo que hay muchas áreas de oportunidad dónde se pueden hacer mejoras: limpieza, orden, ORDEN, área de juegos (yo la eliminaría, creo que es una buena idea para cualquier restaurante pero simplemente no va o no cabe en el local, sería más útil mejorar las instalaciones sanitarias) baño. Cuándo fui, parecía que acaban de abrir, el área de la cocina estaba hecha un desastre, había platos sucios y desorden en general, eso da muy mal aspecto e impresión. Todo lo anterior hace que el tener un horno de leña sea irrelevante. Como hombre opino que les hace falta un toque femenino, entiendo que hay cosas que ell@s hacen mejor que nosotros en este respecto, no quiero sonar sexista, pero creo que no les caería mal para empezar a resolver el problema que tienen y comenzar a desarrollar todo el potencial que ese lugar tiene. Estoy convencido de que podrían llegar a tener un excelente lugar.

But their other ingredients are of poor quality: ham and cheese; These last two ingredients make a pizza unforgettable. Regarding the commercial premises, I think there are many areas of opportunity where improvements can be made: cleaning, order, ORDER, play area (I would eliminate it, I think it is a good idea for any restaurant but it simply does not fit in the local, it would be more useful to improve sanitary facilities) bathroom. When I went, it looked like they had just opened, the kitchen area was a mess, there were dirty dishes and general clutter, that gives a very bad look and impression. All of the above makes having a wood-burning oven irrelevant. As a man I think that they need a feminine touch, I understand that there are things that they do better than us in this regard, I do not want to sound sexist, but I think they would not dislike them to start solving the problem they have and begin to develop all the potential that this place has. I am convinced that they could have an excellent place.
