★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre 4 esclavas de plata para mis hijos y para mí, para mi esposa compré un anillo... Dos esclavas pareciera que las grabó mi hijo de kinder, decidí no grabar las otras dos y al anillo se le cayeron cinco piedresitas en cuestión de 1 semana.
Nos dijeron que ya no tenían garantía saliendo del lugar. Cuidado, porque sí el defecto surge saliendo de la tienda, ya no se harán cargo.
En nuestro caso, nos dijeron que al anillo le vuelven a pegar las piedras por $20 (son piedras de menos de 1mm, obviamente se perdieron) pero decidimos no hacerlo porque igual las pegarán con el el mismo pegamento prit con el que las pegaron originalmente.
Pésima experiencia.
I bought 4 silver slaves for my children and for me, for my wife I bought a ring... Two slaves seem to have been engraved by my kindergartner, I decided not to engrave the other two and five pebbles fell out of the ring in a matter of 1 week.
They told us that they no longer had a guarantee leaving the place. Be careful, because if the defect arises leaving the store, they will no longer take care of it.
In our case, they told us that the stones will be glued back to the ring for $20 (they are stones less than 1mm, obviously they were lost) but we decided not to do it because they will still glue them with the same prit glue with which they were glued originally.
Terrible experience.
