N	Norma Lomeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lamentable que se negaran a atender a mi bebé de 2 años, por ser Hospital anticovid, mi bebé traía una gastroenteritis y no obstante que llegó con dolor abdominal, temperatura y llorando, simplemente le negaron la atención en urgencias. Esto pasó el 5 de mayo aproximadamente a las 22:30 de la noche. Very unfortunate that they refused to attend to my 2-year-old baby, because it was an anticovid Hospital, my baby had gastroenteritis and despite the fact that he arrived with abdominal pain, temperature and crying, they simply denied him emergency care. Las habitaciones, limpieza, y comida, estacionamiento, guardia, recepción por igual... En lo personal yo sí recomiendo el lugar. Creo que mejoraría 2 aspectos, el primero es que tardaron más de 45 min en llevarme a una tomografía, cuando nos indicaron que sería en 10 min. El segundo, mientras tenía el dolor y me atendían en la camilla de urgencias, la señorita de caja me pidió el depósito en garantía, lo cual creo se debería de pedir al familiar o al inicio que el médico indica si el paciente se interna o requiere estudios. En general bien, y algunos aspectos de servicio y organización que hay que mejorar. My experience was good. The emergency doctors and nurses treated my case and treated my condition. Elena García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El viernes, acudí al hospital para ser operada el trato en general es muy bueno, mi queja es con relación a la habitación 271, esta a un lado de centro de máquinas, el ruido es constante y cuando enciende una de ellas provoca vibración en la cama, lo cual es muy molesto, solicité cambio y sólo me indicaron que lo harían más tarde. Nunca se atendió mi solicitud, en el proceso de recuperación tuve migraña, se volvió una pesadilla estar en esa habitación 271.

No one give him any medical attention, even when he was in really bad condition; they wait until some family were located and gave a credit card number and left a deposit of money (3hrs later) Someone stoled money from his wallet, because he was unconscious and when we asked for the security video of the area, they justified it saying that, they don't have cameras in that area and no one took responsibility about it.

Manual guided us to the room. The nurses were attentive during the night. The room was a good size with a patio- Even the sofa, was comfortable for my night's sleep. Parking was ample. Todo excelente! Si tu no hablas español, hay un poquito problema. la mayoría de la gente no habla mucho inglés. Pero tratan. Al fin, fue una buena experiencia. Lo recomendamos absolutamente.
