★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan Hai son unos rateros yo acabo de llevar a mi hija y no le isieron nada solo cobraron 30000 mil pesos por tres día que la tuvieron ahí no tienen ética solo les interesa la $ cero recomendable ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de entrada es pésima, la enfermera de la tarde poco profesional y los demás ni se diga, los costos son super elevados para la poca atención que brindan, si van para una urgencia nada recomendable.
The entrance care is terrible, the afternoon nurse unprofessional and the others not to mention it, the costs are super high for the little attention they provide, if they go for an emergency, nothing recommended.

La primera vez que fui la atención fue adecuada y muy atenta. Pero en la segunda vez que me atendieron me hicieron esperar horas para ser atendido pese a que los costos que manejan soy demasiado altos.
Aunado a eso está la desconfianza que el personal de recepción muestra cobrandote a cada instante de tu desafortunada estadía .
Y para concluir los supuestos especialistas no te atienden adecuadamente ni con el tiempo que pagas....
Cabría destacar que la limpieza es inexistente y los malos olores que desprenden las instalaciones deficientes.
Y la lista continua, cómo el que te quieren hacer estudios inecesarios solo para elevar más los de por sí inflados costos.
Horrible services. I could only qualify them as traumatic.
The first time I went the attention was adequate and very attentive. But on the second time they treated me they made me wait hours to be treated even though the costs they handle are too high.
Added to that is the distrust that the reception staff shows charging you every moment of your unfortunate stay.
And to conclude the alleged specialists do not attend you properly or with the time you pay ....
It should be noted that the cleanliness is non-existent and the bad odors emitted by poor facilities.
And the list goes on, how do you want to do unnecessary studies just to raise more than the inflated costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugerencia NO VAYAN. cero recomendable. El servicio en serio es muy caro. Solo piensan en dinero y sacarle más dinero al paciente. Atienden horrible como en imms. Fui al servicio de pediatria y la pediatra super grosera llegó tarde no se disculpo y en atención fue mala y muy grosera.
Suggestion DO NOT GO. zero recommended. Seriously service is very expensive. They only think about money and get more money from the patient. They serve horrible as in imms. I went to the pediatric service and the super rude pediatrician arrived late, did not apologize and in attention was bad and very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue buena ya que atendieron a mi padre, aclarando dudas acerca de sus malestares, el trato fue amable y con respeto, por parte de l@s enfer@s y el doctor Luis Alberto Díaz, el único detalle es que era un sábado por la noche y si tardan un poco en pasar a consulta pero solo hay que ser pacientes
My experience was good since they treated my father, clarifying doubts about his ailments, the treatment was kind and with respect, on the part of the patients and Dr. Luis Alberto Díaz, the only detail is that it was a Saturday the night and if they take a while to go to consultation but you just have to be patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido con los comentarios anteriores, solo buscan sacar dinero además los servicios son demasiado caros para lo que ofrecen.
El Dr que nos atendió todo el tiempo sin cubrebocas, una actitud horrible y todo lo toma a la ligera.
Si conocen otra clínica vayan, no recomiendo esta.
I agree with the previous comments, they are only looking to get money and the services are too expensive for what they offer.
The Dr who attended us all the time without a mask, a horrible attitude and takes everything lightly.
If you know of another clinic go, I do not recommend this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hacen citas y no respetan el horario. El dr Calixto pésimo...atienden mejor un dr q cobra 50 pesos q estos q cobran caro. Buscaré otras opciones para mi salud. No vallan los van a robar suedo doctores sin etica
Terrible service, they make appointments and do not respect the schedule. Dr. Calixto is lousy...they take better care of a doctor who charges 50 pesos than these who charge dearly. I will look for other options for my health. Don't go, they are going to steal your dream, doctors without ethics
