★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los chicos de atencion a clientes son amables lei que habia unas chicas que eran muy groseras pero ya no estan y los colocadores son amables, lo unico es que hay que llevar tiempo, si son de alguna aseguradora les recomiendo primero llamar al call center para que les levanten el reporte autorizen su cambio de cristal eso les ahorra mas tiempo

Todo el tiempo estuvieron mintiendo, me llamaban para decir que el vidrio habia llegado de distinto color que pedirian cambio al proveedor, despues que habia llegado dañado, despuees nuevamente que habia llegado de distinto color, que la agencia habia cancelado el servicio cosa que no habia sido cierta, te dan fechas de entrega y no cumplen, ni siquiera te llaman para dar estatus, son pésimos! Al final la agencia me reasigno de proveedor por la falta de atencion de estos. El otro proveedor me lo coloco en 4 dias (:
