★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño y/o administrador de la plaza, permite que los locales estén abiertos, pero clausura los cajones de estacionamiento. Entiendo que puede obedecer a una disposición de las autoridades, pero es ilógico que estén operando y sin lugar para estacionarse.
