â â â â â Personal muy amable y simpĂĄtico, en el tour se incluye entrada a las ruinas y paseo en barco y snorkel, nos dijeron al vender las entradas que se incluĂa el equipo de snorkel y una vez en la barca sĂłlo ofrecĂan gafas y aletas, el tubo no se ofrecĂa por protocolo covid, cosa que no se avisĂł antes de vender la entrada, con lo cual no pudimos disfrutar de la actividad como deberĂa. AdemĂĄs te dicen que te llevarĂĄn a hacer snorkel en la barrera de coral, cosa que no ocurre, ni te acercas a verla.

â â â â â PĂ©simo servicio, el recorrido segĂșn es de 1 hora y solo dura 20 min max. Prometen ver tortugas y corales, pero no se ve nada. El equipo de snorkel que no lo limpian. Son groseros.

Lo platican bonito y solo son 20 mins en un bote sucio, nadando 10 mins entre arrecifes, no hay nada de tortugas, sin medidas higiĂ©nicas, no hay baños, ni regaderas, las sillas son viejas y rotas, no incluye el costo de la entrada a la zona arqueolĂłgica y todo por $650 y eso fuĂ© con descuento
The worst of Tulum. â â â â â Me vendieron el paquete diciendo "incluye tour y puede quedarse en una palapa a disfrutar la playa". A la media hora de volver del paseo en lancha me corrieron de la palapa diciendo que no podĂa permanecer ahĂ y que el costo no incluĂa estar mucho tiempo en la palapa.
Durante el recorrido en lancha fue muy amable el lanchero, aunque los tubos por donde se respira estaban sucios y usados. En otros lugares los tubos para respirar por la boca bajo el agua te los dan nuevos o al menos limpios o sanitizados.
They sold me the package saying "it includes a tour and you can stay in a palapa to enjoy the beach." Half an hour after returning from the boat ride, they kicked me out of the palapa saying that I couldn't stay there and that the cost didn't include being in the palapa for a long time.
During the boat trip, the boatman was very kind, although the tubes through which you breathe were dirty and used. In other places the underwater breathing tubes are given to you new or at least clean or sanitized.

â â â â â They flag you down at the entrance and make some pretty bold promises and kind of fail to deliver. They point fingers at the salesmen. They bait you in with promises of swimming with turtles and having a private section of the beach for you (which is semi true) a full day of chairs to sit on and lay in (just plastic chair no biggie) and umbrella. Water is super clean. Reef is super close. Was promised a full two and a half hour tour. Got about 15 min at tulum front side view. And about 40 min of reef snorkel time. I mean thatâs not the full time promises but ok for price (if youâre a Mexican national) beach was kinda filthy. Sections had empty beer bottles and a TON of micro plastic here. Employees did not seem to care about how dirty the beach was. And people around seemed oblivious as well. Really big shame.
