They do not take care to leave the job well, they do not paint complete parts, they leave the car windy for not wallpapering, very poor quality of the paint.

Y ellos incumplen por un rayón que en 4 dias me mencionaron quitar ahora me dicen que se va a 8 dias y avilés más los inaviles ya serán 10 y eso si me lo entregan en la fecha They are not serious, they give you an estimate of days, programs, dates for entry and exit. . And they fail to comply because of a scratch that they told me to remove in 4 days, now they tell me that it will go away in 8 days and avilés plus the inaviles will already be 10 and that is if they deliver it to me on the date

No tienen. estándares de calidad ni atención al púbico. Quálitas debería de evitar tener convenio con este tipo de talleres. Evita que te desgastes y JAMÁS escojas este taller para ningún tipo de reparación. No te dan solución de nada. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! If your Quálitas agent mentions this workshop, AVOID IT!! The service is terrible, they do not give you a solution for anything. They do not have. quality standards or customer service. Quálitas should avoid having an agreement with this type of workshop. I point here directly to Mapfre seguros to been such a bad car insurance company and have this car shops in his bookings. Although the owner Luis Minakata is a good person his staff is not well educated and does not know much.
