★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar me causó una de las peores experiencias en mi última visita, ya había ido 4 veces a servicio de corte con Toño y en verdad excelente trabajo y trato; hoy tenía agendada cita a las 12 pm para un corte con él, me cortó el cabello y de un momento a otro se fue a realizar otro servicio a un señor que lo estaba esperando, a mí me dejo ahí sin decirme "ya terminé " , "permíteme ahorita regreso" o "que te pareció el corte"....De pronto llega una señorita muy novata a secarme el pelo de una manera pésima sin nada de experiencia en aspectos básicos; yo me empecé a molestar porque siempre tenia mis citas con Toño ya que me dejaba un corte y secado extraordinario, en conclusión me pare de la silla para pagar con el cabello grifo y Toño se portó super grosero y déspota...Desconozco quienes sean los dueños de este lugar pero jamás regresaré ni lo recomendaré, a un cliente que regresa y te genera lealtad debes tratarlo y cuidarlo...Horrible experiencia
The place caused me one of the worst experiences in my last visit, I had already gone 4 times to court service with Toño and really excellent work and treatment; today I had scheduled appointment at 12 pm for a cut with him, he cut my hair and from one moment to another he went to perform another service to a man who was waiting for him, he left me there without saying "I'm done", "Let me go back now" or "what did you think of the cut" .... Suddenly a very young lady arrives to dry my hair in a very bad way without any experience in basic aspects; I started to get annoyed because I always had my dates with Toño because he left me an extraordinary cut and dried, in conclusion I stopped the chair to pay with the hair tap and Toño was super rude and despotic ... I do not know who are the owners of this place but I will never return nor recommend it, to a client that returns and generates loyalty you must treat and take care of it ... Horrible experience
