★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que cancelar porque cuando hablé para preguntarles cómo iba mi envío (lo pedí a las 11am y llamé a las 6.35pm), me comentaron que el repartido iba retrasado, atorado en el tráfico; y no me garantizaban llegar a tiempo a darle el arreglo floral a quien se lo enviaba. ¿Qué sentido tenía entonces el servicio?
Mala experiencia.
 I had to cancel because when I spoke to ask how my shipment was going (I asked for it at 11am and called at 6.35pm), they told me that the delivery was delayed, stuck in traffic; and they did not guarantee me to arrive on time to give the floral arrangement to the one who sent it. What was the point of the service then?
Bad experience.

Si las flores llegan maltratadas te las cambian, pero el coraje y decepción nadie te lo quita, especialmente por que es un regalo y lo que menos deseas es que el destinatario vea su obsequio maltratado o roto

Pésima atención al cliente, ordene un arreglo, dos horas antes del plazo de entrega me mandan un mail diciendo que tuvieron problema con un repartidor y no podrán entregar el arreglo en la fecha que pedí. No responden los correos, teléfonos, el chat en línea, Twitter; básicamente es imposible contactarlos. TE RECOMIENDO QUE UTILICES OTRA OPCIÓN PORQUE ELLOS SON PÉSIMOS

Bad customer service, order an arrangement, two hours before the deadline they send me an email saying they had a problem with a delivery man and will not be able to deliver the arrangement on the date I requested. Emails, phones, online chat, Twitter do not respond; It is basically impossible to contact them. I RECOMMEND YOU TO USE ANOTHER OPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE LOUD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entregaron un día después de la fecha, el ramo llegó maltratado con flores ya marchitas y sin tener nunca respuesta de parte de la florería. El repartidor muy grosero. No compren NUNCA flores con ellos.
Terrible service, they delivered a day after the date, the bouquet arrived battered with already withered flowers and without ever having a response from the florist. Very rude delivery man. NEVER buy flowers with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les recomiendo comprar flores con ellos, ayer recibí arreglo de tulipanes, los puse en florero con agua fría, 24hrs después amanecieron todos marchitos y nunca abrieron, envié las fotos al correo que me proporcionaron y únicamente adjuntaron nota del cuidado de los tulipanes, es lamentable que no respondan por flores caras y de pésima calidad.En mis redes subí fotos e incluso la " caja que luce bonita pero son solo eso " APARIENCIA!
I do not recommend buying flowers with them, yesterday I received an arrangement of tulips, I put them in a vase with cold water, 24 hours later they all dawned and they never opened, I sent the photos to the email they provided me and they only attached a note of the care of the tulips, it is unfortunate that they do not respond for expensive flowers and of terrible quality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola! me mandaron unas flores de este lugar, y me comentó que a pesar de procesar el pago, no le indicaron nisiquiera el día que me iban a llegar, ya pasó una semana y obvio me tuvo que arruinar la sorpresa. No hemos tenido suerte para contactar al negocio, llamo y me manda a buzón, ni en el web o Instagram contestan, incluso fui a la dirección del local y no hay nada (parece que cerró). La verdad es que más que una estafa es un robo, pues ya nisiquiera tenemos forma de recuperar ese dinero visto que nadie esta contestando nada.
