★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo servicio vía telefónica, primero me responden y me hacen esperar más de 10 minutos para atenderme y sencillamente cortan la llamada, intento comunicarme sw nuevo y ya no hay respuesta.
Very bad service via phone, first they answer me and make me wait more than 10 minutes to attend to me and they simply cut the call, I try to communicate again and there is no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me ocurrió llegar después de las 3:00 que imagino que es cuando están cansados, por lo que supongo el "subdirector" estaba muy a la defensiva ante cualquier pregunta y su respuesta "si quiere puede ir a otra sucursal".
It occurred to me to arrive after 3:00 which I imagine is when they are tired, so I suppose the "deputy director" was very defensive about any question and his answer "if you want you can go to another branch".

The worst branch, always huge lines and 45 minutes for each client, I spent three hours waiting and ended up arriving, the attention was quite deficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Solo dos personas para atender a toda la gente de las cuales una es una señorita bastante ineficiente. Acudí tres veces para una simple apertura de cuenta, la primera vez mal documentada por esta señorita, la segunda altera mi nombre deliberadamente para poder aperturarme la nueva cuenta. Negligentes y poco profesionales desde el Director hasta los ejecutivos Y MÁS DE TRES HORAS DE ES ESPERA EN CADA VISITA. FATAL!!!! Si pueden, vayan a cualquier sucursal menos a esta!
Terrible attention. Only two people to serve all the people of which one is a rather inefficient young lady. I went three times for a simple account opening, the first time poorly documented by this lady, the second deliberately altering my name in order to open the new account. Negligent and unprofessional from the Director to the executives AND MORE THAN THREE HOURS OF WAITING ON EACH VISIT. FATAL!!!! If you can, go to any branch except this one!
