★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es terrible, estuve esperando atención de un ejecutivo por 40 minutos, busco a un ejecutivo mujer y me dice que me atenderá en cuanto tenga tiempo pasaron a otra persona antes que a mí y yo estaba primero en la lista, ejecutivo hombre ni siquiera reviso la lista. Pésimo servicio. Quería tramitar una cuenta y después de 40 minutos no empecé el trámite. Todos los ejecutivos estaban platicando y yo esperando. Que mal Santander!!!
It's terrible, I was waiting for an executive's attention for 40 minutes, I am looking for a female executive and she tells me that she will attend me as soon as I have time passed to another person before me and I was first on the list, executive man did not even check the list. Terrible service. I wanted to process an account and after 40 minutes I did not start the process. All the executives were talking and I waiting. Too bad Santander !!!

Mientras los clientes esperando a que sean atendidos, o asta que se les da la gana a las ejecutivos querer atender a uno.. Su argumento es: hay mucha gente. Cuando solo había 4 personas en la sucursal...
Terrible service at this branch. Even if there are no customers. The wait is more than 20 min. And the executives well into the cell phone.
