★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Es extremadamente tardado para pasar a ventanilla. En plena pandemia deberían agilizar las cosas y tener a más de un ejecutivo en banco ateniéndo las ventanillas pero tal parece que hacen caso omiso de las quejas y debes seguir esperando 2 horas en fila.
Terrible service. It is extremely time consuming to get to the window. In the middle of the pandemic, they should speed things up and have more than one executive at the bank manning the windows but it seems that they ignore complaints and you have to keep waiting 2 hours in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que Santander es el banco más ineficiente y con el personal más apático qué existe. Como siempre, hay cajeros sin funcionar, poco personal y mucha gente haciendo fila. Horroroso! Si no tiene nada que hacer, ni se le ocurra venir a hacer negocios con esta basura de banco.
I believe that Santander is the most inefficient bank with the most apathetic staff out there. As always, there are non-working ATMs, few staff, and many people lining up. Horrifying! If you have nothing to do, don't even think about coming to do business with this bank rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intalciones muy buenas la atención en tienda, fatal, ya llevo una hora aquí y no paso y no hay casi gente , hay un joven en la entrada que siempre te pones trabas para entrar . Que es sistema está fallando que traigas el cambio exacto, que marques al servicio al cliente . Que aquí no te van a poder apoyar que vayas a otra sucursal y así regresa a muchísimas gente, de verdad es cansado venir al banco y que tarden tantísimo tiempo en poder brindarte atención, espero mejoren eso por qué el banco si me gusta mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que para mí y mucha gente es el peor de los peores de los bancos,son muy lentos, cualquier problema que tiene uno te toman aló loco,te atienden con un mal modo que de verdad aclaró no todos pero la mayoría .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy lento, si vas, que sea con mucho tiempo de sobra porque aunque haya poca gente, tardan mucho en pasarte. Si ves que hay mucha gente mejor busca otro banco y no pierdas tu tiempo.
En cuanto al personal hay de todo, tanto gente amable y cortes, como otr@s que se ve que no quieren estar ahí.
Very slow staff, if you go, let it be with plenty of time to spare because even if there are few people, they take a long time to pass you. If you see that there are many better people, look for another bank and don't waste your time.
