★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin lugar a dudas la peor sucursal de Santander a la que haya ido. Los cajeros y ejecutivos son lentos, ineficientes. Aparentemente a la gerencia no le interesa las excesivamente largas filas y los tiempos de espera increíbles. Si pueden evitarse esta sucursal (yo no puedo porque es la matriz de mi cuenta) por favor. No lleguen.

Puedo decir que a comparación de bancos ofrece catárticas tasas e intereses que uno puede ir generando a cocorto y largo plazo.
Aprovechen los que andan buscando abrir su primer cuenta no piden comisión por apertura ni tanta papelera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Cualquier tramite que vengas a hacer mínimo te tienen formado 1:30 horas. Lo siguiente es hacer lo necesario para ya no ser cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere mi turno por más de dos horas y media y en mi turno y el personal se puso a abrir una cuenta para una amiga por el teléfono. No me atendían dure así 10 min en lo que finalizaron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bola de rateros, el cajero para depositar no acepta monedas, y para olmo no da cambio por sus huevos, aparte de que es un poco difícil entenderle y las morras que están ahí ni se dignan a ayudarte, ojala arreglen eso de que no da cambio porque es un robo
