Cómo es posible que en pleno siglo XXI sigue habiendo tanta falta de empatía, poco sentido común y falta de profesionalismo por parte del banco santander que permite tantas cosas.
Sucursal siempre llena, ejecutivos totalmente cuadrados, nada empáticos, nada profesionales y totalmente ineficientes 1 ejecutivo en sábado de quincena para más de 30 personas esperando.. Nos vamos con mal sabor de boca, de nada sirve ser select!Lo mejor que vamos a hacer es pasarnos a otro banco sin pensarlo.

Branch always full, totally square executives, not empathetic, not at all professional and totally inefficient. 1 executive on a fortnight Saturday for more than 30 people waiting .. We leave with a bad taste in our mouths, it is useless to be select! The best thing we are going to do is to move to another bank without thinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, siempre hay una cola enorme y cuando porfin llegas si te equivocaste o te dicen que hay no es en el otra area de ejecutivo o ventanilla tienes que volver a formar de nuevo, no te ayudan cero compresivos solo por esto cancelare mi tarjeta hay otros bancos mucho mas amables aparte su app de Santander es un asco super lenta casi siempre se traba!! Y aguas en estos cajeros me clonaron mi tarjeta!!
Horrible experience, there is always a huge queue and when you finally arrive if you make a mistake or they tell you that there is not in the other executive area or window you have to go back to line up again, zero compressions do not help you just for this I will cancel my card there other much friendlier banks apart from their Santander app is disgusting super slow it almost always gets stuck!! And waters in these ATMs cloned my card!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, se supone que siendo cliente preferencial o como ellos le llaman “select” no haces fila pero para ellos no existe; ya cuando ingresas después de una hora en el sol tratan de convencerte de cambiar todas tus cuentas a Santander a sabiendas que su servicio es pésimo.
Terrible customer service, it is assumed that being a preferential customer or as they call it "select" you do not stand in line but for them it does not exist; already when you enter after an hour in the sun they try to convince you to change all your accounts to Santander knowing that their service is lousy.
