★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, personal incompetente, se llegan a juntar hasta 50 personas afuera para pasar con un ejecutivo, tardan horas excesivas en atender y si se les pregunta, dicen que a veces tardan mucho más, cínicos!
 Terrible service, incompetent staff, up to 50 people get together outside to spend with an executive, they take excessive hours to attend and if you ask them, they say that sometimes they take much longer, cynics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ejecutivo q ponen al ingreso de la sucursal es una persona incompetente, no te asesora y tiene una pésima actitud. Y peor aun el sistema en general de Santander es un asco, sus cajeros nunca tienen papel para imprimir movimientos y te tardas horas en pasar al cajero.
The executive that they put at the entrance of the branch is an incompetent person, does not advise you and has a terrible attitude. And even worse, the system in general in Santander is disgusting, its ATMs never have paper to print movements and it takes you hours to go to the ATM.

Terrible that only one ATM works and that they get stuck or are out of service in a short time knowing that it is one of the busiest areas of the city they should give it better maintenance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no siguen las medidas, mucha gente formada, en un solo espacio para ejecutivo, cajeros y ventanilla, más gente esperando a otras y nadie sale a dar indicaciones, ni poner orden. Y tardan muchísimo para atender y algunas cajeras muy déspotas.
Very bad service, they do not follow the measures, many people trained, in a single space for executive, cashiers and window, more people waiting for others and nobody goes out to give directions, or put order. And they take a long time to attend and some very despotic cashiers.
