 Super slow service, more than 3 hours in line if you go with an executive. I've been here 3 times and always the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 p&$tas hora para pasar a atención a clientes, pésimo y nefasto servicio, los ejecutivos alargan el proceso, no se quién chin$@#os es el gerente pero si ves esto, das un pésimo servicio.
5 fucking hours to go to customer service, lousy and disastrous service, executives lengthen the process, I don't know who the fuck is the manager but if you see this, you give a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo sistema, tardadisimo, nunca me ha tocado gente grosera, son amables los que atienden, pero el sistema es muy lento, muy malo, aquí se puede tardar uno horas esperando a entrar o terminar llendo se.
Terrible system, very late, I have never had rude people, the people who attend are friendly, but the system is very slow, very bad, here you can spend an hour waiting to enter or end up leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un retiro del cajero automático en el banco santander de $1500, aprox. hace 3 semanas. Al realizar el retiro del cajero solo me entregó $1000, pero en la pantalla me notifico que retire $1500 con éxito.
Espere un momento, pero no me entregó el dinero faltante.
Me comunique al tel del banco, y le comenté sobre mi problema al personal. Me comentó que sería un proceso, pero que mi dinero sería reembolsado sin ningún problema.
Espere, y mi dinero no fue reembolsado como me comentarón.
Me comunique de nuevo, y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido respuesta del banco.
