Los que NO son para nada serviciales son los jefes, ya que prefieren platicar entre ellos y no poner atención al personal ni a los clientes. La cajera que me atendía necesitaba la autorización de uno de ellos y tardó demasiado tiempo en una firma sin importar que la fila de personas seguía creciendo. Por eso pongo 4 estrellas, sugiero pongan más cajeros para agilizar la afluencia de gente. They are only two cashiers but with a good attitude. Those who are NOT at all helpful are the bosses, since they prefer to talk to each other and not pay attention to staff or customers. The cashier who was attending to me needed the authorization of one of them and it took too long in a firm no matter that the line of people kept growing. That's why I put 4 stars, I suggest putting more cashiers to speed up the influx of people.

Para ilustrar su incompetencia: una vez pasé 1 hora viendo cómo el gerente de la sucursal no podía recordar su contraseña y la ingresaba incorrectamente en su computadora. Luego culpaba de los problemas a ¨el sistema¨. I haven't seen this level of incompetence in 40 years. They lie, they make mistake after mistake, half the time they're not at the branch. To illustrate your incompetence: I once spent 1 hour watching the branch manager unable to remember his password and entering it incorrectly into his computer. Then he blamed the problems on "the system."

C	Coach Pete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had an experience this bad at any bank anywhere in the world... one, the safety protocols for Covid were awful... lots of customers and employees were wearing their masks incorrectly (or not at all) and there were no distance markers on the floor while waiting in line... but the worst thing was that they had one person working the counter with a line literally out the door and down the block, but when I got inside, they had plenty of employees sitting at desks and doing nothing... any of them could have chosen to help the situation, but no one did, and I waited 2 hours to spend 90 seconds paying a bill... what a poorly run establishment... damn shame...
