★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención al cliente por parte de las ejecutivas, se tardan mucho en pasarte aún cuando no hay gente. Era la única persona que estaba esperando para ser atendido por ejecutivo y aún así tardaron más de media hora en atenderme.
Very bad customer service from the executives, they take a long time to pass you even when there are no people. I was the only person who was waiting to be served by an executive and it still took more than half an hour to attend to me.

Llegué a las 9 en punto de la mañana , y te das cuenta que los ejecutivos no respetan tu turno dejan pasar a otras personas y cuando pides explicación te dicen que es "empresa" que no pasa nada. Pero totalmente descarado en tu cara lo hacen. Los ejecutivos se pasean. Ya voy hacer un hora aquí y no me atienden
The worst bank that can exist. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning, and you realize that executives do not respect your turn and let other people pass and when you ask for an explanation they tell you that it is a "company" that nothing happens. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperé más de tres horas para ser atendida, la "ejecutiva" es muy hostil lástima que no me sé su nombre, todos los clientes en la sucursal están molestos todo el tiempo por la larga espera, qué pena que no hayan mejorado en ser más eficientes, en todo el rato que estuve esperando atendieron a dos personas que iban con el mismo asunto que yo, a muchos otros los tienen esperando en vano, en fin, muy nefasta experiencia en este banco, si van a ir prepárense mentalmente para estar ahí cinco horas. Por cierto, si sales y pierdes tu turno tienes que sacar un ticket nuevo y esperar otras tres horas para ser atendido que fue lo que me pasó a mí ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni un simple deposito se puede hacer. Exageradamente lentos y les vale madre. Tienen la sucursal a reventar y ni mandan apoyo a las ventanillas, teniendo abiertas un máximo de dos.
Not even a simple deposit can be made. Exaggeratedly slow and they don't care. They have a branch to bursting and they don't even send support to the windows, having a maximum of two open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los más lentos que conozco, pese a que esta sola la sucursal, no trabajan, para un depósito se necesita 40 minutos y la Gerente, nunca te atiende.
Terrible service, the slowest I know, despite the fact that the branch is alone, they do not work, for a deposit it takes 40 minutes and the Manager never assists you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager pretends to not speak English and then gives major attitude when she needs to speak English. Staff act like you are an annoyance for being there and try to make you call up a phone number to get help. Phone people are very unhelpful and hang up on you when they you struggle to understand their Spanish.
