Pésimo servicio, 1 hora esperando a ser atendida por un ejecutivo y cuando por fin me iban a pasar no me quisieron aperturar la cuenta ya que según no me tocaba en esa sucursal y que tenia q ir a otra.
Terrible service, 1 hour waiting to be attended by an executive and when they were finally going to pass me, they did not want to open the account since according to not my turn at that branch and that I had to go to another.

Pésimo servicio, para pasar con ejecutivo hasta 1 hora debes esperar, si llamas a la sucursal no contestan o de hacerlo cuelgan. Y según son el banco serio..... Cambiense a BBVA .

Es un Servicio pésimo No ayudan a agilizar ningún trámite. Esperando más de una hora para operaciones sencillas. Ojalá sean más empáticos con el tiempo de sus clientes

El personal es amable, sin embargo, los tiempos de espera son excesivos, tan solo para pasar a caja me demoré una hora en una ocasión, para pasar con ejecutivo es aún peor la espera, la verdad que si son muy atentos los trabajadores y si te resuelven el problema, pero todo es excesivamente tardado a pesar de no ser tan concurrido como otras sucursales, espero mejoren eso con el paso del tiempo.
The staff is friendly, however, the waiting times are excessive, just to go to the cashier it took me an hour on one occasion, to go to the executive the wait is even worse, the truth is that the workers are very attentive and yes they solve the problem for you, but everything is excessively slow despite not being as crowded as other branches, I hope they improve that over time.

Pésimo servicio en ventanilla, fuí a realizar el pago de comipems, de inicio fuí la primera en llegar y me atendieron 30 minutos despúes de la hora de apertura, entiendo que hagan apertura de cajas, pero la cajera hasta su café se estaba tomando. Por fin me atienden y la ejecutiva me realiza el pago de mala gana " los clientes me estaban diciendo que para el pago comipens era hasta el día viernes , yo le puedo hacer su pago, pero no me hago responsable si no pasa" ....eso argumento!! Osea perdón , pero leí el instructivo de comipems , porque no contratan a personas a las que realmente les guste hacer su trabajo !!! En definitiva el peor servicio!!!!
Terrible service at the window, I went to make the payment of comipems, at the beginning I was the first to arrive and they attended me 30 minutes after opening time, I understand that they open cashiers, but the cashier was even drinking her coffee. Finally they attend to me and the executive makes me the payment reluctantly "the clients were telling me that for the comipens payment it was until Friday, I can make their payment, but I am not responsible if it does not pass"... .that argument!! I mean, sorry, but I read the comipems instructions, because they don't hire people who really like doing their job!!! Absolutely the worst service!!!!

Pésima atención, más de una hora esperando para que solo digan que ya no pueden cancelar una cuenta por qué ya cerraron caja durante ese tiempo dos de sus ejecutivos haciéndose patos y tienen ahí a la gente como pende.... Esperando no lo recomiendo para trámites
