Yo sólo fui a ventanilla a cambiar un cheque y el chico que me atendió muy grosero, fue mi primera vez cambiando un cheque y me dio las indicaciones y al decirle que me repitiera se enojó y me lo dijo demasiado grosero y a la hora que me pidió mi credencial yo lo tenía en mi bolsa y al buscarlo lo que el dijo fue "hay no mames". La verdad nose que hacen ahí, sino les gusta hacer su trabajo bien, pues por lo menos que no se porten prepotentes con la gente. It was definitely a terrible attention, and very rude. En resumen estoy satisfecho. Gracias !!! Segun su horario es de 9 a 6, al llegar a las 9 resulta que inician a las 10, por lo que toca dar otra vuelta. Lo mismo pasa con la persona del BOX SELECT que se queja que tiene mucho trabajo y no atiende a los clientes. Evítense la pena de visitar dicha sucursal, es lo peor.
