J	Jesus Gerardo Zavala Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, iba a realizar un pago de un crédito y para seguirme cobrando intereses me dieron todas las escusas que se les ocurrieron, no se preocupan por el tiempo de los clientes, me solicitaron esperar a que respondieran una llamada que nunca procedió y querían sacarme cuando aún tenían mis documentos, mi recomendación es buscar otro banco con más y mejores servicios en línea Terrible service, I was going to make a payment on a credit and to continue charging interest they gave me all the excuses they could think of, they don't care about the clients' time, they asked me to wait for them to answer a call that never proceeded and they wanted to get me out when they still had my documents, my recommendation is to look for another bank with more and better online services

Terrible service, I have requested a checkbook for more than 20 days and they still haven't delivered it to me, I try to call to ask but they don't answer the phone, they make me go around several times to tell me that it is not ready yet.

A	Adriana Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo desde las 11:10 el esperando pasar con un ejecutivo y no avanzado ningún turno!! 3 ejecutivos desocupados y no llaman a nadie..solo aunos señores que por cierto llegaron al último y les mando a llamar la empleada del módulo 4....no puede ser posible que nos tengan tanto tiempo esperando y no avancen los turnos!! I've been waiting since 11:10 to pass with an executive and I haven't advanced any shift !! 3 unemployed executives and they do not call anyone..only a few gentlemen who by the way arrived last and I send them to call the employee of module 4 .... it cannot be possible that they have us waiting so long and the shifts do not advance !!

Turns out they took out the money from my bank and I never received the CASH from the ATM! They stole my money. Muy mal servicio. Me robaron el dinero en al cajero automático y no recibí nada en effectivo. Fuimos a reclamar y duramos 2 horas en la línea de espera...muy mal.
